How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our shipping cost for orders is based on the dollar amount of the order you place. (All items in your cart must be going to one address)
Another option to find the shipping costs for an item is to simply place the item in your Cart. Shipping estimates will appear when you click on "Checkout" and are calculated with our lowest cost shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address.

How long will it take to get my order?
Oceanside Publishing ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time your order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. All shipping times are approximate and may vary depending on the time of year. (i.e. Christmas time when shipping volumes are high)

Shipping to a different address?
To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.
Where is my parcel left if I'm not at home to receive it?
Orders shipped by Mail can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, a card will be left advising that the package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest Postal outlet. If your order is shipped by UPS they will attempt to deliver it to you three times. If the third attempt fails they will send it back to Oceanside Publishing. We are not responsible to pay for the costs to return the item or to have it sent to you again.
Will all of my items be shipped together?
We ship available items right away; we then ship any remaining items in your order as they become available.

Items that are not in stock are typically re-stocked and shipped within 7-10 Business days. Business days are considered Monday thru Friday.
International Orders
All international orders must be called in. We are unable to predict cost and length of time to ship to international locations. Therefore you must call in with your request. |
