60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
oceansidepublishing.com offers only the highest quality goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 60 (sixty) days for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. At any time past the 60 days we will accept the item for exchange only up until 90 days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please send an email to our customer service department at info@oceansidepublishing.com

Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Oceanside Publishing merchandise. You may return any of our products, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.

Refund Processing
We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse. We will credit your credit card after we receive your return and send you an email to let you know the refund is complete. Transit time can add 14 – 21 days delay from when you ship your package and the refund processing. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Processing of returns, refunds and replacements are handled on an individual basis and can be taken care of through our customer service department at info@oceansidepublishing.com

If you were not originally charged full shipping because your order was over $300, you will be charged shipping if any items from that order are returned.

No returns are accepted without a "Return Authorization Number" that you obtained from our customer service department.

Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and Shipping & Handling will be non refundable.

To Return Merchandise
If for any reason you wish to return an item please call us toll free at 1-888-525.6394 or email us at info@oceansidepublishing.com to obtain a "Return Authorization Form". We will process your return request and email or fax you a Return Authorization Form.

*Please allow 14 – 21 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and be processed.

Returning your item
Included with the item(s) you would be returning please enclose your invoice that you received with your order and a short explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Also please make note of a phone number or email address you are easily contacted at just in case we would have any questions for you.

  • Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
  • Download from your email or fax and complete the Return Authorization Form, along with the return reason number in the "REASON RTN'D column.
  • Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS.
  • Oceanside Publishing will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged orders.
  • Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Exchanging your item
Please contact us at info@oceansidepublishing.com or call Customer Service at 1.888.525.6394 to arrange for an exchange. We will process your exchange request and email or fax you a “Exchange Authorization Form”.

Please write the exchange reason number in the "REASON EXCHN'D column. Include this form inside the box.

Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by Mail at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.

Returning a gift
If you are returning a gift, please contact us at info@oceansidepublishing.com or call Customer Service at 1.888.525.6394. We can credit the credit card used by the purchaser.

Open packages
Please note that only one opened package of any product is eligible for a return. All others of the same product must be on factory sealed container for a refund.

Wrong item?
Did you receive the wrong item or an item that you did not order?  Are you missing an item? Please contact us at info@oceansidepublishing.com or call Customer Service at 1.888.525.6394.

Damages
At oceansidepublishing.com, we are committed to selling only first-quality items. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@oceansidepublishing.com or call Customer Service at 1.888.525.6394. We will be more then happy to assist you with a replacement or a credit (if necessary)

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@oceansidepublishing.com or call Customer Service at 1.888.525.6394.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
